How long are shipping times?

When will my order ship?

We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed, and it can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipments may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedules and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 8-12 days. However, in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to most locations around the world.

Oh no! Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at contact@pivotalchocolates.com and we’ll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours, so it’s possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out!

My order never arrived!

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email at contact@pivotalchocolates.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we’ll help you out!
